She is survived by: her daughter Denise Hayes (Jerry) of Rockwell; her sister Patricia "Trish" Ann Aycock of China Grove; her grandchildren, Melissa Smith (Will), Brittney Kluttz (Paul) and Mallory Sullivan (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Kinley, Cazzie, Callie, Presley, Hayes and Collins.
