It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Hewell of Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her son Max Lee Hewell (Kristi); her grandson Andrew Hewell; and her sisters, Ann Duckworth, Linda Plyler and Cathy Brown.
