She was predeceased by: her parent Jerry David Blakeney; her son James Cooper; her sister Minister Patricia Lowe; her grandson Bobby Clemons; and her grandparents, Louise Reid, Hezikiah and Ora Blakeney.

She is survived by: her mother Eunice Harris Blakeney of Kannapolis, NC; her husband Douglas Redfern of Concord, NC; her children, Robert Louis Clemons of Jackson, Mississippi, Gwendolyn A Day of Roanoke, VA, Flectia A. Boston of Greensboro, NC, April Redfern, Tamika Blackmon (Otis) of Charlotte, NC and Asia Barge (Ortheus) of Concord, NC; and her sisters, Geraldine Hammond (Phillip), Vera Blakeney, Johnnie Rawlinson, Valerie Cruse and Kathy Burns (Edward). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Due to Covid-19, masks are appreciated if worn in all services.
