It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalyn Jackson (Kannapolis, North Carolina), born in Valdosta, Georgia, who passed away on January 8, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Valerie L. Davis; and her siblings, Bernice Jones and William Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Milton D. Davis, Jr. (Daphne), Matthew D. Davis (Chaunda), Dwayne E. Davis of Harrisburg, Renva L. Barthell of Concord and Rochelle L. Davis of Kannapolis; her grandchildren, Michael Davis, Shawn Davis, Elisha Davis, Christopher A. Steele, Jason A. Steele, Amanda Barthell, Justin Robeson, Allen Davis, Andrew Davis and Malachi Davis; and her brother Hillard Jackson, Jr. (Ruby) of Valdosta, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
