We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2022, at the age of 92, Robert Wayne Wiesener (Kannapolis, North Carolina), born in Rochester, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Alma Elizabeth "Lib" Brown Wiesener. He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Blake and Pamela Che; and his grandchildren, Anthony Suneson and Salika Che. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Robert was a longtime member of the American Nuclear Society and was recipient of the prestigious Ray Goertz Award in 1991 for his contributions to the field of Remote Technology in hazardous environments.
