He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henderson Roscoe and Anna McGugan Hall; his former wife Margaret Vernice Williams; and his half-brothers, Daniel Hall, Johnny Hall and Howard Hall.
He is survived by: his close friend Judy Key; his children, Ronda Kale Piland (late Hubert Piland), Osa Ann Kimble (Rick), Joseph Kurt Horvath (Robyn), Rebecca T. Little (Chris) and Teresa Cheek (late Charlie Woodring); his grandchildren, Aaron Piland, Crystal Chambers, Stasha Houser, Jessica Houser, Denise Lutch, Rhys Little, Teagan Little, Frances Cheek, Brianna Monteith, Natalie Woodring and Charley Woodring; and his siblings, Jenny Faye Hall Stewart, Margaret Hall Neese, Harrison Roscoe, Ernest Roscoe, Pansy Roscoe Starnes, Perry Roscoe and Wanda Roscoe Polson.
