It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Campbell of Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Campbell and Katie Overcash Campbell; his wife Bertha Cooke Campbell; and his daughter-in-law Shirley Howell Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Walter Campbell of Kannapolis and Joan Campbell Pharr (Ron) of Chapel Hill; his grandchildren, Karen, Barry, Jonathan and Andrew; his great grandchild Caroline; and his brother Dallas Campbell (Kaye) of Kannapolis.
