He was predeceased by: his father Jack Bostick; his sons, Michael Wayne Stephens and Rickie Wayne Stephens Jr.; and his stepsiblings, Jerry Bostick and Linda Combs.
He is survived by: his mother Ellen Alford Bostick of Greenville; his sons, Robert Jeffrey Stephens (Melissa) of Kinston and Christopher Lee Stephens (Monica) of Kinston; his grandchildren, Kristen Stephens Hawks (Jamie Reese), Amber Stephens, Hunter Stephens (Ashley Jones), Ashton Medeiros and Hannaley Stephens; his half-brothers, Doug Bostick, Billy Bostick and Randy Bostick; and his stepsister Carol Moss.
