He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Doyle Mesimer and Alma Smith Mesimer. He is survived by: his children, Richard Derrick Mesimer of Concord, Angela Jarvis (Ray) of China Grove and Karen Mesimer of Mooresville; his siblings, Terry Doyle Mesimer, Jr. (Pat) of Concord, Carol M. Plott of Kannapolis, Beckey Hargett of Kannapolis and Kathy Dayvault (Bobby) of Concord; his grandchildren, Brittany, Matthew Morgan, Michael and Savannah Mesimer; and his great grandchild Kaiden McMillan.
