She is survived by: her children, Deborah Stephens Gurley (Bryan) and Michael "Zane" Stephens; and her grandchildren, Chad Stephens (Suzanne), Scott Gurley, Kris Gurley (Kristin), Seth Stephens, Luke Stephens, Jason Michaels and Courtney Creger (Corey). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchildren.
