He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman A. Chambers and Annie Crider Chambers. He is survived by: his children, Steve Chambers (Peggy) of Concord, Jerri C. Hall (John) of Denver and Terri C. Hammer (Mark) of Mint Hill; and his brother Derrell B. Chambers (Marjorie) of Kannapolis. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
