He is survived by: his wife Margaret Stirewalt Weast; his sons, Trenton Weast of Mt. Pleasant and Todd Weast (Tricia) of Concord; his stepchildren, Teresa Carter (Troy) of China Grove and Eric Argo of Raeford; his grandchildren, Nicole Motley (Tyler Walter) of Kannapolis, Jason Morgan of Virginia, Brian Morgan of Concord, T. J, Matthew Weast of Gastonia, Jeffery Snyder of Kannapolis, Christopher Snyder of China Grove, Ryan Carter (Destiny) of Hickory, Ivy Nicole Argo O'Brien (Paul) of Ft. Bragg, Andrew Scott Argo and Jessica of Raleigh, NC; his great grandchild Paycin Gainey; and his stepgreat-granddaughter MacKenzie O'Brien.
