He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lillie Pearl Brinson, Ruthel Whitehead and Albert O. Whitehead. He is survived by: his parents, Glenn E. Brinson and Myra Whitehead Brinson; his daughter Nekya Whitehead; his siblings, Todd C. Whitehead and Candra Brinson; his grandfather Charlie T. Brinson; his uncles, Michael Whitehead (Shirley) and Jeffrey Whitehead (Faye); and his aunt Mary Florence Brinson.
