She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Doc" Howell; her siblings, Bob Woodard, Poss Woodard and Fran Little of Morehead City; her daughters, Terri H. Moon (Kevin) of Landis and Dana Lea Wyatt (Jeff) of Landis; her brother Jim Woodard (Joan) of Landis; and her grandchildren, Ryan Moon (Brie), Brandon Moon, Amber Safrit, Jordan Thompson (Zach) and Tristan "Shaggy" Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rowan Hospice & Palliative Care of Salisbury Carolina Cremation of Salisbury and Charlotte is assisting the Howell family.
