It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orlando Lamar Washington of Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Minister Billy Ray of Washington and Romely Brown of Washington; his daughters, Lamara Phillips of Salisbury, NC and Alondra of Charlotte, NC; his sisters, April Jenkins (Emanuel) of Kannapolis, NC, Jenny Willis (Joe) of Holly Springs, NC and Kimberly of Kannapolis, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Jenae of Washington, Javin Bugett, Nathan Jenkins and Quentin Jenkins. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
