She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Henry Stancil and Fannie Gant Stancil Flowe; her husband Oscar Lee Sherrill; her children, Henry Mayhew, Ted Sherrill, Wade Sherrill and Mickey Sherrill; her granddaughter Shawn White; her great grandchild Stephanie Ennis; her children, Patti Platt, Delia Moon (Marty) and Michael David Sherrill (Debbie); and her brother Bobby Lee Stancil. She was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.
