She was predeceased by: her children, Pamela Dawn Davis and Terry Curtis Davis; and her siblings, Hazel Brotherton, Mary Hall, Louise Tate, J. M. Hooper and Larry Hooper.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis B. Davis; her daughters, Debra Teague (Ronnie) and Jessie Blevins (Richard); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Teague, Jessica Rayfield, Sarah Teague, Holly Blevins, Nora Sullivan, Kelly Blevins and Jesse Blevins; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Alex, Cooper Rayfield, Kala Rice and Emma Lipscomb.
Funniest thing she ever said. "I'm not going anywhere without my eyebrows." In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Unity United Methodist Church c/o Mobile Meals, 8605 Unity Church Road, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
