Smith; his children, Stephanie Hurst Brooks (Ben), Ava Leigh Hurst and Michael Lee Hurst; his sister Michelle Hurst Gay (Scott Payne); and his grandchildren, Elliott, Grace, Emma Brooks and Easton Hurst. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
