He was predeceased by: his parent Sam Neal. He is survived by: his parent Bessie Hayes Neal; his wife Dottie Neal; his daughters, Jeffrey Wayne Neal and Kathy N. Craven (Mark); his grandchildren, Shannon Craven (Melissa) and Sam Craven (Devyn); his great grandchild Laylee Alice Craven; his sister Barbara Toutman; his niece Barbara Brown; his nephew Wayne Smith; and also Herman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
