She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alfred Adams and Annie Belle Chastain; her husband Jack Tilley; and her sisters, Sue Adams and Maggie Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Jack Tilley Jr. of Rockwell, Steve Tilley (Rhonda) of Kannapolis, Mike Tilley (Melanie) of West Virginia, Julie Pope (Grant) of Atlanta and Ben Tilley of Kannapolis.

Memorials may be made to Midway United Methodist Church.
