She was predeceased by: her parents, Hunter Harvey Taylor and Mattie Mae Morton Taylor; her husbands, Van Harold Foster and Willie Lee Johnson; and her brother Gerald Jackson Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Vanessa Foster of Kannapolis, NC; her stepchildren, Willie Lee Johnson, Jr. and Bonnie Foster Vicks; and her sisters, Beulah Johnson (Woodrow) of Marion, SC, Mary Virginia Jones (Randolph) of Stovall, NC, Barbara Boyd (Hermon) of Manson, NC and Annie Royster of Bullock, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
