She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Crawford and Fannie Overcash Upright; and her former husband J. B. Plyler, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Clyde W. Church of Kannapolis; her children, Vicky Pickard of Kannapolis and John Plyler, Jr. of Concord; her stepchildren, Michael Church (Wanda) of Concord, Melvin Church of Mooresville and Marlene Rule (Ronnie) of Winston-Salem; and her siblings, Connie Burris, Rosalee Upright, Doris Hodge and Robert Upright. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three great, great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private service is planned.
