She is survived by: her parent Bessie Iona Kennedy Spicer; her sister Carol Lucas; her children, Debra Benton (Mark Douglas) of Concord and Dennis Ray Julian of Scotland Co; and her siblings, Carl James Spicer (Beck) of Concord, Claude Spicer of Charlotte, Louise Humbrey (Harold) of Hickory and Doris Lee of North Wilksboro.
