She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ford and Betty Weddington Ford; her husband John Mills; and her son Bob J. Cress. She is survived by: her niece Annie Mae Roseman of Concord, NC; her nephew Rev. Arnold Witherspoon (Gail) of Concord, NC; her great-niece Edith O'Neal of Charlotte, NC; her godson Bishop Roland Jordan of Concord, NC; her cousin Eliza Johnson of Concord, NC; and her former husband Brown Cress. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
