She is survived by: her husband Edd Alexander Rayfield, Sr.; her children, Randy Byars of Roan Mountain, TN, Sharron La Fratta (Chuck) of Beaufort, SC, Tim Byars (Kris) of Summerville, SC, David Byars of Kannapolis and Gina Perrine of Cleveland; her stepson Edd Rayfield, Jr. of Mooresville; and her siblings, Pam Rodgers of Mooresville and Michael Keith Christy of Murphy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
