She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Elliot Coone and Carrie Byrd Coone; her husband Bobby Edwards; and her siblings, Margie Moore, Brenda Coone, Melvin Coone and Floyd Coone, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Elizabeth Medlin of Rock Hill, SC; her siblings, Evelyn Roseman of Kannapolis, Paul Coone (Linda) of San Antonio, TX, David Coone (Donna) of Kannapolis and Jimmy Coone (Emily) of Kannapolis; and her grandchildren, Nathan Medlin and Stephanie Lambert. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
