She was predeceased by: her mother Lilly Carson Rice; her sons, Ricky Russell and David Russell; and her sister Shirley Patterson. She is survived by: her stepson Larry Russell of Charlotte, NC; and her siblings, David Rice (Glenese), Cornell Rice (Kay), Larry Rice (Lillian), Michael Rice (Ella), Ronald Rice (Val), Donald Rice (Konnie) and Ophelia Stewart.
