He is survived by: his wife Martha Church Gardner; his children, Chris Gardner (Evangeline "Vange") and Kari Lindley (Scott); his grandchildren, Philip Gardner (Allison), Caitlyn Lang (David N.), Zachary Ford and Karigan Ford Moss (Ricky); his great grandchild Connor Lang; his brother Frank T. Gardner Jr. (Sandra); his friend Linda Vaughn; and his caregiver Jillian Scruton.
