It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Charles Smith Sr. (Kannapolis, North Carolina), who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Smith and Treva Kettery Smith; his wife Margaret Madalene Fisher Smith; and his siblings, Norma Sidebottom, Bill Smith and R. H. Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Smith (Kim) of Kannapolis and Doyle Smith (Bridget) of Kannapolis; his sister Janice Hagmeier (Ken) of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandsons, Devin Smith (Erica) and Dylan Smith.
