He is survived by: his sister Peggy Payne; and his nieces and nephews, Gary Carlton (Janice), Vicky Morris (Wayne), Ricky Payne (Marilyn), Tim Payne (Aida), Danny Payne (Dawn), Susan Canup (Jeff), Mickey Payne (Victoria), Pam Huffman (Lee) and Linda Haas (Alfred). He is also survived by great nieces, nephews and extended family.
