He is survived by: his children, Genesia Newsome of Charlotte, Emmanuel Broadway of Charlotte and Paxton Broadway of Charlotte; his siblings, Vicky Ann Broadway of Kannapolis, Judy Linda Crowder (Willie) of Wingate, NC, Wanda Ann Broadway of Charlotte, Diane Thompson of Monroe, Brenda Martin of Charlotte, Roger Lee Huntley, Billy Wayne Broadway, Wendell Wilkie Broadway, Jr. (Sonya) and Lawrence Michael Broadway; and his aunt Frances Peters of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
