She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Franklin Forrest and Bessie Hartsell Forrest; her husband Willie Leon Sweatt; and her siblings, Liz Lefler and Billy Forrest.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Crayton (Mark), Tammy Allman (Tim) and Ricky Leon Sweatt (Sandra); and her brother Kenneth Forrest (Shelby). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.
