She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley Combs and Easter Authers Combs. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Eugene McCurdy; her children, Lisa M. Phillips of Orlando, FL., Ronald Eugene McCurdy of Merritt Island, FL., Thomas Durrell McCurdy of Mooresville, NC and Kenneth Ray McCurdy of Titusville, FL.; her sister Rachel Combs Reece of Kannapolis, NC; and her grandchildren, Matthew C. Tucker and Sheila M. McCarty. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
