She is survived by: her children, Brittney Kicinski, Shane Kicinski (Misty), Cary Kicinski (Melissa), Seth Kicinski and Chase Kicinski; her siblings, Dawn Slate and Jeff Dake; her grandchildren, Skyler Pruitt (Shane), Kailee Kicinski, Secret Bost, Cameron Kicinski, Hunter of Maine, Callie Kicinski, Kairlea Kicinski, Jace Kicinski and Jaythen Kicinski; and her great grandchild Baby Pruitt.
