We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Katherine Anita Cross (Kannapolis, North Carolina), born in Troy, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Katherine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Katherine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eggers and Hazel Berry Eggers; her brother Jack Eggers; and her foster sister Janice Eldred. She is survived by: her husband Earl Cross; her children, Anna Earnhardt (Adam) and Mark Cross; her sister Sharon Faudree (Bill); her sister-in-law Gail Eggers; and her granddaughters, Lilly Miller Waveris and Lana Earnhardt. She is also survived by her family and close friends.
