He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Anderson and Laura Jenkins Anderson; his sister Pearlie Anderson Hunter; his daughter Jessica Lynn Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Annalise and Jaxson Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wages Anderson; his children, Timmy Ray Anderson, Darrell Eugene Anderson (Jennifer), Steven Ray Anderson and Angela Anderson Avery (Bobby) of Concord; his grandchildren, Austin Ray Anderson, Tiffany Lynn Anderson, Aaron Jacob Anderson, Alexander Joel Anderson, Breanna Lauren Avery and Steven Gage Anderson; his great grandchildren, Brook-Lynn Jade Motley, Alec Joel Anderson, Audrey Noel Anderson, Ripp Walker Anderson, RaeLynn Nicole Anderson, Colt Joshua Ray Anderson, Kayde Austin Anderson and Hayden James Hudson; and his sisters, Doris Wilkes of Kannapolis, Colleen Simpson of Kannapolis, Judy Key of Kannapolis and Barbara Lambert of Kannapolis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
