He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Robert Rice Sr.; and his sisters, Pat Hough and Barbara Drye. He is survived by: his parent Viola Ross Rice; and his sisters, Abbie Upright of Rockwell, Mary Shields of Norwood, Dorothy Sutton and Sally Crayton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
