She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Henry Miller and Mary Helen Hunt Miller; and her brother Charles Nelson Miller. She is survived by: her friends, Peggy, Judy and Phyllis; her husband Thomas Land (Tom); her children, Julie Lyons (Marc) of Raleigh, NC and Patrick Land (Kate) of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Mary McKinley Lyons (Mary Mac), Elizabeth Pressly Lyons, Alden Andrews Land and Angus MacRae Land; her sister-in-law Charlcey Miller; her nieces, Kelley Miller Dorsey and Jennifer Miller McElroy; and her nephew Jeffrey Miller.
