She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Forrest and Gracie Kissiah Forrest Parnell. She is survived by: her husband Ron Blackwell; her children, Amy Childers and Ronnie Blackwell (Angela); and her grandsons, Hunter Childers, Drew and Drake Blackwell.
