She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Starnes and Myrtle Tyson Starnes; her husband Frank O. Eagle; her daughter Cynthia Jane Eagle; her sister Margie Lazenby; and her nephew Tim Lazenby.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jean Troutman and Billie Ann Aponte.
