He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie D. Oliphant and Margaret Helen Mayhew Oliphant; his wife Nedda Bebber Oliphant; and his siblings, Mac Oliphant and Erma Lee Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Oliphant (Linda) and Wanda Bolin (Mike); his granddaughter Christine "Nikki" Hardister (Kenny); and his brother James "Jim" Oliphant (Marcie). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sharon Baptist Church (1234 Church St N, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
