He is survived by: his wife Joan Elaine Roberts Woodard; his children, Tammy Fulton (Robbie), Gina Miller and Ronny Miller (Katie); and his grandchildren, Sara Fulton of Landis, Matt Miller of Landis and J. D. Miller of Landis.
