Lowder (Dwight) of Kannapolis and William R. Mullis (Lisa) of Ruby, SC; his mother-in-law Annie Williams; his niece Diane Lowder; and his nephews, Shannon Lowder and William R. Mullis, Jr.. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; four great nieces; and three great nephews.
