He is survived by: his wife Cynthia O'Leary; his son James O'Leary (Christina) of New York; his stepsons, Brian Evans (Tina) of Florida and Jason Evans of Concord; his brother Robert O'Leary of Florida; his sister-in-law Susan Norman Baker; his nephews, Steven Baker (Dannilee) of Charlotte and Kyle Baker (Amanda) of Lexington; and his great-niece Carly.
