He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsey M. Waller and Ethel Upright Waller. He is survived by: his wife Anita Louise Cashion Waller; and his children, Danny L. Waller (Lauren), Craig B. Waller (Wendy), Anita Waller Howard (Doug) and Steven P. Waller (Stephanie). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
