He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank Luther, Jr. and Mary Withers Luther; and his brother Steve Luther. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sawyer Luther; his sister Frankie Luther of Greensboro; and his nephews, Joel and John Luther.
