He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Gullette Jr. and Margie Cobbler Gullette; his wife Peggy Joyce Cleaver Gullette; and his daughter-in-law Betsy Gullette. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Gullette (Sue), Dennis Gullette, Cynthia Medlin (Randy) and Debbie Gullette; his stepchildren, Wanda Williams (Greg), Kathy Carter, Lisa Shinn, Lisa Herlocker (Tony) and Anthony Carter; and his brother Ronald Gullette (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
