With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Brown (Kannapolis, North Carolina), born in Swepsonville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 17, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma Brown and Olla McDaniel Brown; his former wife Ann Westmoreland Brown; his children, Tammy Brown, Karen Barr and Tim Cook; and his siblings, Florine Brown Bateman, Hazel Brown Brooks, Evelyn Brown Southers, Kenneth Lee Brown and Douglas Lee Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Payne Brown; and his children, Jerry Michael Brown (Peggy) of Mt. Gilead, Kimberly Ann Elmore (Chris) of Huger, SC and Deanna Shue (Tim) of Kannapolis. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
