He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard Kling III and James Kling. He is survived by: his wife Marian Lynn Brooks Kling; his children, Lindsay Ruddell (Paul) and Jerod Kling; his stepchildren, Chris Johnston (Jana) and Michael Johnston; his stepmother Richard Kling (Shirley); and his siblings, Mike Kling, William Kling and Teresa Jolliff.
