It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanne Boswell of Kannapolis, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on July 20, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Jenkins and Ormah Woods Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, Robert Boswell (Lynn), Debi Canter (Jody), Dori Swaringen (Scott) and Donae Yoos (Andy); her grandchildren, Meghan Traore (Aziz), Jessica Swaringen, Parker Swaringen (Brianna), Gabe Boswell, Matt Canter, Drew Yoos, Jacob Boswell (Mallory), Lauren Yoos and Emma Boswell; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Sara Traore and Paxton Swaringen. She is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made in Jeanne's name to Trinity United Methodist Church, Kannapolis, NC, or Atrium Health Hospice & Palliative Care Cabarrus, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
